MyAbsolute is a provider of commercial property services across the North of England. We’re able to provide everything from property acquisitions, dilapidations & disposals consultancy, planned and reactive maintenance services, refit and renovation design, project management and consultancy through to CDM principal contractor fit outs on major projects (both internal and external building/refit works). We’re fully indemnified and insured and committed to transparency, so all our accreditations, registrations, insurances and RAMS etc are freely available to view and download form our website. We also have some examples of some of our recent projects (before, during and after) viewable on our ‘Our Work’ page too. We also have our online portal which provides clients a login to request, view, approve and manage all aspects of quotes, jobs, before/after photos, specifications, and invoices – something our larger clients tell us saves them hugely in time, cost and effort.
Our Clients we primarily work on behalf of would be those who operate commercial premises (such as Middlesbrough Council and the Newcastle Assembly Rooms), multi-site operators (such as care home providers, Thirteen Housing Group and Caldecotte Group) and commercially operated residential property providers (including The Blind Veterans Association). We also support commercial property agents and FM providers to maintain 3rd party properties including George F White, Skelton Retail Estate, Accio Group and many more).
We’re Innovative, having just launched a new and unique subscription model which we’ve been working with existing clients to design, ultimately aimed at providing a budgetable, fixed monthly fee to clients which gives 24hr piece of mind that all regulatory and practical maintenance items are covered, whilst helping MyAbsolute plan works ahead efficiently, therefore creating more capacity for responding quickly to emergency call-outs and passing efficiency savings through our low labour rates (presently fixed at £33 p/hr for skilled engineers – one of the lowest in the region!).

Andy possesses a diverse career that encompasses various roles and sectors, including overseas territories, IT systems development, business and property sales, acquisitions and disposals, and most recently, serving as the head of land and property programmes for one of the UK’s largest private landowners.
Having successfully owned and operated multiple businesses both in the UK and overseas, Andy is now leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to promote a ‘new way to do business’ grounded in integrity, transparency, and trust.
