Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, your managing organisation or landlord for one of the following reasons:
- To attend your property to estimate, deliver and resolve works as instructed by either yourself, property management organisation or landlord
- To occasionally contact you with important information with regards to changes in our pricing, contact details, services we provide and timely promotions – we will not pass your details to any third-party marketing organisation without your express permission

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- Subcontractors – On occasion we may not be the primary contractor on instructed works pertaining to your property, on such occasions, the primary contractor will pass us relevant and necessary details for us to plan, coordinate, deliver and close-out any contracted works instructed to us
- Third-party individuals may, on occasion, pass your details to us in order to resolve or recommend works which may impact your property
We use the information that you have given us to book, coordinate and manage all works as instructed to us, whether they be delivered directly by us or one of our carefully selected subcontracting partners.
