Here at Absolute we pride ourselves on the strength of our team, as a fast-growing, locally-owned independent contractor, we’ve seen huge success across the Durham Tees Valley, with a growing list of commercial letting agents, commercial companies and private residential customers coming to us for a fast, friendly and reliable service. We undertake all commercial property maintenance and refits, roofing, electrical and gas works, supporting some of the region’s largest commercial property agents and operators, so you’ll need to have a full and clean driving licence, be able to work independently, maintain high standards in line with our code of conduct whilst working to a packed schedule and, the best part, you’ll also enjoy numerous free team events, nights out and our annual overseas Christmas weekender!

We work mainly with B2B properties on a range of projects from reactive maintenance through to whole property refurbishments, if you’re looking for variety, flexibility, challenge and working across the region then this might be the opportunity for you.

• Groundworks and Civils

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Covering our expansion, all colleagues may be required to occasionally cover across the region and / or occasional paid overnight stays (within the region)

Licence/Certification:

• full clean driving licence (required)
• time-served experience & relevant qualifications (essential)
• ambition and personal drive to grow with the business (essential)
• FULL enhanced DBS check is required for this role (provided)
